Dileep holds a management degree from IIM Ranchi. He is a seasoned professional with over 5 years of experience in education sector. Prior to establishing FuturON schools, he worked as the Academic Head of the Andhra Pradesh Social & Tribal Welfare Residential Schools. Working in close association with the Principal Secretary to the Government, he led the academic operations of more than 350 government schools catering to 200,000+ students. During his tenure, he spearheaded various initiatives such as technology integration, curriculum design, and partnerships. Previously, he worked in a managerial capacity for two CBSE schools. Further, he trained more than 5000 college graduates in professional leadership courses. He also had couple of stints in multinationals before the education bug bit him.
Venkata Ramana is a passionate individual with 20 years of experience in development sector in various positions with demonstrated management, technical and leadership skills in national and international organizations. He currently works as the Chief Executive Officer of Shantilal Muttha Foundation, Pune. His previous stints include several managerial roles at Aga Khan Foundation, Nandi Foundation, Save the Children, and United Nations Development Program. Strategic and operational management, partnership development, programme development and implementation of social development programmes are his strong suit. In his capacity as a mentor, he supported hundreds of schools and thousands of teachers to excel. His work benefitted nearly 1 million children so far.
